Educational Divide

The purpose of education is to make a human to achieve some thing which depends on the type of education. There are two major types of education. One is conventional or religious education and other is modern education. The conventional education consists of the study of society or human on moral ground, for example all subjects regarding humanity. The purpose of religious education is to build a firm believe on God so that one can spend a peaceful life. Religious education introduces humans with Meta physical realities.

The modern education has very dreadful effects on society. No doubt, modern education made this world full of facilitation but it is continuously destroying the moral values which work like oxygen for a human society. Modern education deals with mathematical fuzzy logics, physics, chemistry which is making a human mind rational. The human mind have some in build believes on metaphysical realities.

Those are humans who exercise morality and have believe on metaphysical things like the existence of God. The modern education has a clear objective is to dehumanize the humans. A modern man only knows how to compete and how to cut the throat of others for his own benefits.

After the careful study of third world countries it is clear that in such countries education is continuously dividing society into different streams. The first one is the conventional and related to the religions. The schools called “Madrasas”. These schools are providing the religious education. The student from such schools does not have a modern world view. He only knows the one thing that to promote religion at any cost is his duty even by using write or wrong way.

The second are those who is between theocratic and modern approach. Those students who are studying in government schools do not have a concept about religion or about modern streams. They are neither religious nor modern. They have no vision about future. They are just like an unguided missile.

The third are those who are studying in the modern schools. They are lacking the grip on local languages, moral values and such students are commonly explaining the religion according to the perspective. They have adopted the western living style. It is common thinking that moral values in society are of no use now.

It is clear that these three streams in society have very small interaction with each other. Each stream has its own ethics and believes. The stability of a country depends on the uni culture. The purpose of education must be to promote the uni culture but education is playing a dividing role in the society. The education in third world countries is dividing the society instead to strengthen the social bond and this education divide would be the cause of a major conflict.
